Teens Alive Foundation is a non-profit organization and ministry committed to equipping teenagers and young adults with the tools to lead purpose-driven lives. Founded on July 29, 2012, by Pastor Felix Dideoluwa of RCCG Harvest Zone, Lagos Province 38, our mission is to inspire positive transformation by instilling strong moral values, guiding young people in career development, and rehabilitating troubled teens. We are also passionate about providing parenting support and restoring hope to families facing challenges.

Kehinde Olugbemi serves as the President of Teens Alive Foundation, a ministry dedicated to empowering teenagers and young adults for purposeful living and impactful leadership.
A seasoned Human Resources professional with over 16 years of experience, Kehinde blends her expertise in strategic talent management with her passion for mentoring the next generation.
She holds a BSc (Hons.) in Sociology from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, and an MSc in Human Resources Management from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, UK. Kehinde is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK. She is also a member of WorldatWork, an international regulatory body for Total Rewards Professionals.
