Meet Our President

Kehinde Olugbemi (Mrs)

President, Teens Alive Foundation

Kehinde Olugbemi serves as the President of Teens Alive Foundation, a ministry dedicated to empowering teenagers and young adults for purposeful living and impactful leadership.

A seasoned Human Resources professional with over 16 years of experience, Kehinde blends her expertise in strategic talent management with her passion for mentoring the next generation.
She holds a BSc (Hons.) in Sociology from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, and an MSc in Human Resources Management from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, UK.

Kehinde is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD), and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) UK. She is also a member of WorldatWork, an international regulatory body for Total Rewards Professionals.

Throughout her HR career, Kehinde has demonstrated excellence in compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, strategic planning, and HR project implementation. Until July 2021, she led Compensation & Benefits strategies for a multinational organization, fostering employee engagement and retention.

In 2012, Kehinde co-founded the Teens Alive Foundation (formerly Teens Alive Network) with her husband, driven by a vision to raise godly, goodly, and great teenagers for impactful exploits.

 

Under her leadership, the Foundation organizes monthly interactive sessions tagged Gathering of Teens, focusing on moral upbringing, career guidance, and equipping youth with entrepreneurial and vocational skills.

Kehinde has authored three books: Stop, Don’t Eat That Fruit, Effective Techniques for Answering Examination Questions, and True Love Waits (upcoming). She is a passionate advocate for chastity and purity among young adults, regularly speaking at schools, church conferences, and community events.
She is also a skilled program facilitator and trainer, known for her guidance on building meaningful and lasting relationships.

In addition to her work with Teens Alive Foundation, Kehinde is deeply involved in church leadership. She served as President of the Good Women Fellowship at RCCG Overflowing Mega Province from January 2019 to September 2022. She also served as Head of Department and Minister in charge of the Teenagers’ Church from September 2021 to September 2022. Currently, she serves at RCCG Rehoboth House Nottingham as the Assistant Head of Department for the Children’s Ministry and as a member of the RHN Jesus Maternity Team.

Beyond her professional and ministerial responsibilities, Kehinde is passionate about giving back to her community. She actively volunteers with Action Tutoring UK, Open Arms Organisation, and Framework, all based in Nottingham, United Kingdom, contributing her time and skills to support education, community welfare, and vulnerable individuals.

Kehinde is a devoted wife and mother of three wonderful children. Her mission, through the help of the Holy Spirit remains to empower teenagers and young adults to live purposefully while fostering a community of faith, integrity, and leadership.
